QSFEED for Tenfore and Metastock 9.1 Professional
Switch from datafeed-only to full integration of real time data and history database
The QSFeed/MS solution provides an interface to both real time data and the history database of Tenfore. The history databases of Tenfore contain at least 1 year of intraday data for most symbols, and many years of daily data.

The real time interface
 The real time interface allows you to accept tick data from all markets and instruments that you have subscribed to on the Tenfore datafeed.
Adding additional instruments is as simple as adding the new ticker in the Download Server. Once the ticker has been added, real time tick data will appear. |
Automatic gap filling
If you currently are using a datafeed connection to Metastock, you may have to leave your computer running all day in order to collect data for your intraday charts. If, for whatever reason, data is missed, your charts are severely degradated due to gaps.
With automatic gapfilling, that is now a thing of the past. You can switch off your computer at any time, and whenever you switch it on again, any data missed will be retrieved from the Tenfore servers and automatically fed into Metastock along with the real time data. |
Data on demand
This feature allows you to request daily or intraday data for any of your tickers from the Tenfore servers. So, now you can quickly and easily create charts for any ticker: just add the ticker to the Download Server and open an intraday chart for the last 6 months (or longer); Metastock will then request the data from the datafeed and show the chart. |

Metastock integration
 The Vesticonnect QSFeed/MS software is completely integrated with Metastock. Whenever you start Metastock, the Vesticonnect interface will automatically be started. By default, the program resides as an icon in the system tray (near the PC clock) an the connection state will be shown as a green blinking of the icon. The interface program will automatically stop whenever Metastock is stopped. |

Supported Tenfore interfaces
The Vesticonnect QSFeed/MS interface is directly connected to Tenfore through their proprietary APIs. The interface supports the DataChannel interface, the PubSub API and the Desktop API. If you use either DataChannel or the PubSub API, no visible Tenfore programs will be running on your PC and only Metastock will appear on your screen. |
